The Defense Department has delayed the release of a report that rates the risk of sexual assault for military personnel by installation, citing concerns about the methodology employed by the nonpartisan RAND Corp. “Estimating risk for a large number of military installations worldwide requires some complex statistical analysis, and RAND’s 2014 military survey was not designed with this task in mind,” said DOD spokeswoman Air Force Maj. Carla Gleason. The department is discussing its concerns with the organization before making the report public, Gleason said.RAND researchers stand by their report and its conclusions, reports USA Today. “We have demonstrated that the 2014 data can be used to construct installation level estimates, and the results have cleared rigorous, independent peer review,” said RAND spokesman Jeffrey Hiday. He emphasized that “the entire point of the study is to estimate the risk of sexual assault at installations.”The report was supposed to have been released months ago. New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D), who has been critical of the Pentagon’s response to sexual assault, has called for the report’s immediate release.Navy photo by Petty Officer 2nd Class Andrew Murray Dan Cohen AUTHOR

I’m ready.”When asked if his father was aware of his orientation, Jorgie confessed that he does not know anything about him. Jorgie recalls how his family used to encourage him to be more masculine while growing up and how his life changed once he moved to Los Angeles.”I used to be so ashamed and questioned why did God make me this way,” he said. “But now if you give me a choice of being anything else than what I am I would say no.” He further admitted how Katy Perry has been one of his “biggest inspiration” saying, “Listening to I Kissed A Girl and knowing that it could be mainstream – that helped me so much.” The judges at American IdolYouTube/American IdolHe even went ahead and impersonated Katy by singing her California Gurls, with the star asking, “Do I sound like I yodel?
